| AWAITING APPROVAL | An estimate or other info has been provided, we are waiting to hear from you. |
| PARTS ON ORDER | Components for your repair are on order. |
| APPROVED, IN QUEUE | Your repair order is approved and in process. |
| APPROVED UNDER WARRANTY | Your repair order has been authorized as an in- warranty repair, and is in queue/being serviced. |
| TESTING | Your item is being observed daily and our staff is checking its running order. |
| QUALITY CONTROL | Processing Paperwork/Final Inspection |
| READY FOR PICK UP | Your item is ready, please come in or call in to make return arrangements. |
| REPAIR CLOSED, ITEM HAS SHIPPED | This order has been closed. The item has been shipped. |
| REPAIR CLOSED | This order has been closed. |
